District Scouts Wide Game

Date: 11th Feb 2025 Author: Susan Dobson
On a cold, wet Friday night, we held the District wide game with just over 40 Scouts.
The Scouts played a game called ‘Kings’. They were in five teams. Each team had a leader called a ‘king’. The leader issued a card from the top of the pack to each member of the team and the Scouts had to go and joust with another Scout from a different group. The Scout with the highest card then took both cards back to their ‘king’ and was issued with another card.
There was a time limit and the team with the highest number of cards at the end was the winner.
The team from 1st Warlingham with Isla from 3rd Caterham won.
